CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule. We ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following cancellation policy, which helps us ensure smooth operations for both our clients and our team.
1. Notice of Cancellation

For hourly services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the total session cost.

For package-based services: For any sessions within a package (e.g., monthly retainer or pre-paid blocks of hours), please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, you will be charged for the session at the agreed rate.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the missed session. If you're unable to attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid this charge.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, we are happy to accommodate, provided you give us sufficient notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
4. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these situations on a case-by-case basis, though cancellation fees may still apply depending on the circumstances.
5. Refunds
For services that have already been paid for and are cancelled outside of the outlined terms (e.g., less than 24 hours' notice), no refunds will be issued. However, in the case of a package or retainer, unused hours may be applied to future sessions if a cancellation occurs before the service period ends.
6. Ongoing Retainer Agreements
If you are on an ongoing retainer agreement and wish to cancel your services, we require a 30-day notice to terminate the agreement. Any work completed within this notice period will be billed accordingly. If the notice is given with less than 30 days' notice, you will be billed for the remainder of the notice period.
7. Acknowledgement of Terms
By booking a session or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
